Ryan will send you daily workouts, specialized just for you. He will also work with you on a Diet that fits your body goals. You will have direct contact with him to ask any questions you may have. Day by day he will work with you to achieve your goals as fast as possible.
Ryan will personally train you via FaceTime or Skype. He will be there through the entire workout, explaining how he would like you to perform each exercise, with proper form.
Ryan can also meet with you to train at your home, your gym, at one of Scottsdale's beautiful parks, or another location of your choosing.

Mike is an experienced Certified Personal Trainer, who specializes in lower body and core training. He will expertly guide you to achieve your desired goals. He was hand chosen for Thrive, because his training style compliments Ryan's own.
BELLY BUSTER CLASS
Ryan's only open weekly class, he holds every Saturday at 1 P.M., at Independence Gym in Scottsdale. Ryan takes his clients through a grueling one-hour calorie burning session. This class includes a mixture of high paced resistance cardio, as well as, a variety of lower back, oblique, and abdominal exercises. This is a great combo that shreds the midsection and sheds pounds.
