How Long does it take for my order to ship?

It takes 2-14 business days in you are in the US- please note, if you bought a pre-ordered item, there will be delays until the item(s) are in stock. If you live internationally, there may be delays with the shipping carrier due to COVID.

I purchased the booty bands and/or form mat and I have not received the digital guide. How do I get the guide?

Claim your guide by visiting the guides tab located at the top of ryanreadthrive.com. Next, add the form guide to cart if you purchased the form mat or band guide to cart if you purchased the booty bands. Finally, add the promo code on the flyer located in the box (after the product arrives) within the discount code field during checkout. Complete the checkout process and you’ll get your free guide!

How long does it take to receive the guide after I enter the discount code for the form mat or booty bands?

Instantly! You will be able to download your guide right after purchasing without having to leave the site. Additionally, an email will be sent with your download. Please note, your confirmation email WILL NOT have your download. There will also be a guide insert IN your package with a code to download the PDF's!

How do i get in contact with support?

Best way to get in contact with us is either using the "Contact" page on the top of the navigation bar or simply emailing Ryanreadllc@gmail.com! Make sure to include your order number if its about products!

How do i Cancel or update my payment for Online Training? 

We have a few ways for you:

1.) If you signed up on PayPal, you can change your payment information or cancel through your PayPal account.

2.) If you signed up with your card directly, you can use this link: https://app.trainerfu.com/web/client-portal

3.) Click the head icon in the top right corner (if on a desktop) or Log In on our website (if on a mobile device), click "FORGET PASSWORD" and enter your email address you have for the app! Go to your email, create your password, then log in and click "Manage Subscription"

How do I Switch From a GYM Plan to A HOME plan?
(and/or vice versa) 

It's as easy as messaging Ryan in the app and requesting to switch plans!

My workouts aren't logging- help! 

No worries! Its one of two things!

1.) Make sure when you don't DELETE your workout after posting to fix something on it. The app will remember the first time you post it and wont show. If you need to fix something, just EDIT them!

2.) Update your app!

THE Form videos aren't loading... 

No worries!

1.) UPDATE YOUR APP!

2.) If it shows there are no updates available, delete the app and reinstall it!  

When is my next payment due?

Because its on a monthly auto renewal subscription system, your next payment will be 1 month from the day you signed up! You can scroll through your messages to see when you first downloaded the app or check out your client portal in the first tab above!

How Long should the workouts take me?

Workouts should be on average 45-60 minutes, it’ll take about a week or two to get the hang of my style but after that you should be good. If you don't finish the workouts, THATS OK! I don't want you to burn yourself out, you will get there- PROMISE. If trying to lean do an ADDITIONAL 20 min of cardio a day, thats on top of your lift! Also, my recommendation for weights are what I do with my girls, you will get there if you aren't currently there. DO NOT WORRY, YOU'RE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK!!!

Can I move sets around?

If your gym is busy, I get it! Try to get the exercises in the order that they are, but if your gym is busy feel free to move the sets around to help you have access to the equipment you need!
