This program is so dope! What I love most about it are the instructional videos with each movement. It makes me feel like I know what I am doing, lol. I currently work out with a personal trainer 1x a week to help me with my fitness goal, and she stressed to me how important it is to work out on your own. So with this program, I can keep up with my workout with my trainer and use Ryan's guide when I am training on my own. Thanks, Ryan!
