This bench has been designed by Ryan Read, a former professional athlete, and personal trainer. The hip thrust bench system gives athletes a stable, comfortable, and space-efficient platform mainly for performing hip thrusts. The overall height of 14.5 inches has been proven the most effective form position for developing and maximizing your glutes for all body types. The anti-slip base allows the hip thrust kit to stay in place while the top surface of over 12 inches in width provides extra space to perform variations of hip thrust movements.
Our hip thrust bench is designed with top-of-line PU leather that will help the bench last! The foam construction is lightweight yet sturdy and will keep shape for continuous use. The attached hand grips make the bench easy to move around and bring on the go.
